Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to [24–48 hours] for the tracking information to update.

4. International Shipping, Customs & Taxes

5. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
